Privacy is a matter of trust and your trust is important to me. I take the protection of privacy and your personal information very seriously. For example, I observe the strict provisions of German data protection law. In particular, the regulations of the Telemedia Act (TMG) and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) are applicable in their respective field of application. The following explanation gives you an overview of when I save which data, for what purpose I use it and how I ensure the protection of your personal data. The following privacy policy explains you which data is collected on my website and which data I process and use.

Responsible body for the collection, processing and use of your personal data within the meaning of the Federal Data Protection Act is BS ILLUSTRATION, Berit Schulze, Oberstr. 21, 01705 Freital. If you wish to object to the collection, processing or use of your data by in accordance with this Privacy Policy as a whole or for individual measures, you can send your objection by e-mail, fax or letter to the following contact details: BS ILLUSTRATION | Berit Schulze | Oberstr. 21 | 01705 Freital Mobile: +49 (0) 1523 7225 681 | E-Mail:

I collect, store and process your data for the entire process of your purchase, including any subsequent warranties, technical administration and marketing purposes. Your personal data will only be passed on to third parties or otherwise transmitted if this is necessary for the purpose of contract execution or billing or if you have previously consented. As part of the order processing, for example, the service providers we use here (such as shipping companies) receive the necessary data for order and order processing. The data transmitted in this way may only be used by these service providers to fulfill their task. Any other use of the information is not permitted and does not apply to any of the service providers entrusted by me. For your order I need your correct name, address and payment details. I need your e-mail address so that I can confirm the order and communicate with you. I also use these for your identification (customer login). You will also receive your order and shipping confirmation via your e-mail address. A deletion of your personal data takes place, if you have asserted a deletion claim, as long as legal storage obligations do not preclude this, e.g. if the data are no longer required to fulfill the purpose for which they were stored or if their storage is inadmissible for other legal reasons.

Personal data is information about the factual or personal circumstances of a specific or identifiable natural person. This includes, for example, your name, your address, your telephone number, as well as all inventory data that you provide me with when registering and creating your customer account. Statistical data, which I collect, for example, when visiting my web shop and which can not be directly associated with your person, are not covered here. For example, these are statistics about which pages of my shop are particularly popular or how many users visit certain pages of my shop. Personal data will only be collected, used and passed on by, if this is permitted by law or if users consent to the data collection.

For each customer who registers accordingly, I set up a password-protected direct access to his stored inventory data (customer account). Here you can see data about your completed, open and recently sent orders and your data. You undertake to treat the personal access data confidentially and not to make it accessible to unauthorized third parties. I can not accept liability for misused passwords unless I am responsible for the abuse.

For sending the newsletter, I use the so-called double opt-in procedure, which means that I will not send you a newsletter by e-mail until you have explicitly confirmed to me that I should activate the newsletter service. I will then send you a notification e-mail and ask you to confirm that you wish to receive my newsletter by clicking on a link in this e-mail. You can contradict this at any time should you later no longer want to receive newsletters from me. A textual message to the contact details referred to in point 1 (eg e-mail, fax, letter) is sufficient. Of course you will also find in every newsletter an unsubscribe link.

Accepting cookies is not a requirement for visiting our websites. However, we point out that our website and service have only limited functionality if you do not allow us to set cookies.

Cookies are small files that are stored on your disk and that store certain settings and data for sharing with my system through your browser. Basically, one distinguishes 2 different types of cookies, so-called session cookies, which are deleted as soon as you close your browser and temporary / permanent cookies that are stored for a long period of time or unlimited on your disk. This storage helps me to make my website and offers suitable for you and makes it easier for you to use, for example by saving certain input from you so that you do not have to repeat it all the time.

Most of the cookies I use are automatically deleted from your hard drive after the end of the browser session (end of session) (hence session cookies). Session cookies are needed, for example, to offer you the shopping cart feature across multiple pages. In addition, I also use cookies that remain with you on the hard drive. On another visit, it is automatically recognized that you were already with me and what inputs and settings you prefer. These temporary or permanent cookies (lifetime 1 month to 10 years) are stored on your hard drive and delete after the specified time by itself. In particular, these cookies serve to make my offer more user-friendly, effective and secure.

In your browser you can set that a storage of cookies is accepted only if you agree. If you only want to accept my cookies but not the cookies of my service providers and partners, you can choose the setting in your browser “block cookies from third parties”. Usually you will see in the menu bar of your web browser about the help function, how you can reject new cookies and turn off already received. Detailed information on how to make the settings in the browser you are using can be found in the Help function of your web browser. For shared computers, I recommend that you always log out completely when you finish.

Each time you access my pages, usage data is transmitted through the respective Internet browser and stored in log files, the so-called server log files. The datasets stored in this case contain the following data: date and time of the retrieval, name of the visited page, IP address, referrer URL (origin URL from which you came to my website), the amount of data transferred, and product and Version information of the used browser. The IP addresses of the users will be deleted or anonymized after the end of use. In the case of anonymization, the IP addresses are changed in such a way that the details of personal or factual circumstances can no longer be assigned to a specific or identifiable natural person, or only with a disproportionate amount of time, cost and manpower. I evaluate these log file records anonymously in order to further improve my offer and my shop and to make it more user-friendly, to find and fix errors faster and to control server capacities. For example, it can be understood at what time the use of my shop is particularly popular and provide the appropriate data volume to ensure you a quickest possible purchase. In addition, I can also detect and fix any errors in my shop by analyzing the log files faster.

Google Analytics is a service of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, text files that are stored on your computer and allow an analysis of the use of my offer by Google. The information collected by the cookie about the use of my website (including your IP address) is usually transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. I point out that on my web pages Google Analytics has been extended by the code “gat._anonymizeIp () ;;” in order to ensure an anonymous collection of IP addresses (so-called IP-Masking). Your IP address will therefore be collected by Google at my request only in an abbreviated form, which ensures anonymization and no conclusions about your identity. If IP anonymisation is activated on my website, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the US and shortened there. Google will use this information to evaluate your use of my website, to compile reports on my website activities and to provide me with other services related to the use of websites and the internet. The IP address provided by Google Analytics as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. A transfer of this data by Google to third parties takes place only due to legal regulations or in the context of order data processing. In no case will Google match your data with other data collected by Google. By using my website, you agree to the processing of the data collected about you by Google and the manner described above, the data processing and the stated purpose. You can prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; However, I point out that in this case you may not be able to use all the features of my website in full. In addition, you can prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of my website (including your IP address) to Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading the browser plug-in available under the following link and install.

My website uses Sofia plugins (“plugins”) from various social networks. With the help of these plugins you can, for example, share content or recommend products. Your browser establishes a direct connection with the servers of the respective social network as soon as you call up a website of my internet presence. The content of the plugin is transmitted from the social network directly to your browser and incorporated by it into the website. By integrating the plugins, the social network receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding page of my website. If you are logged in to the social network, this can assign the visit to your account. If you interact with the plugins, for example, click the Facebook “Like” button or leave a comment, the corresponding information is transmitted from your browser directly to the social network and stored there. The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by social networks and your related rights and settings options to protect your privacy, please refer to the privacy policy of the respective networks or websites. The links can be found below. Even if you are not logged in to the social networks, web pages with active social plugins can send data to the networks. An active plugin sets a cookie with an identifier each time the web page is called up. Since your browser sends this cookie without asking each time it connects to a network server, the network could in principle create a profile that called the websites of the users belonging to the identifier. And then it would also be quite possible to assign this identifier later – for example when later logging on to the social network – again a person. On our website we use the following plugins: Facebook, Instagram. If you do not want social networks to collect data about you through active plugins, you can choose to block third-party cookies in your browser settings. Then the browser does not send cookies to the server for embedded content from other providers. With this setting, however, other cross-page features may not work, other than the plugins.

According to the Federal Data Protection Act, my customers have u.a. a right to free information about their stored data, as well as, if necessary, a right to correction, blocking or deletion of data, insofar as this does not preclude a statutory retention obligation. I take the protection of your data very seriously.
